What you must know before you book:
Payment Schedule & Final Balance
- Deposit: Paid at the time of booking to lock in your date.
- Remaining Balance: Full payment must be received at least 14 days prior to your charter date to confirm your booking.
Customer Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
- 14 days or more notice: Full refund (excluding non-refundable card payment processing fees).
- 7–13 days notice: $250 cancellation fee applied.
- 3–6 days notice: $500 cancellation fee applied.
- 2 days or less notice / No-show: Non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).
Weather & Captain’s Cancellations
Rain alone is not a reason for trip cancellation. However, if conditions are unsafe for fishing (e.g., high swell or strong winds) or in the event of vessel maintenance, the Captain will make the call—typically the day before, as weather forecasts change.
If the trip is cancelled by the Captain, we will work with you to reschedule for another date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
Charter Rules & Inclusions
- Catch Limits: A 2 Kingfish limit per person applies. All Kingfish over 1 metre must be tagged and released.
- Fishing Gear: All quality fishing gear is supplied. A "pay as you lose or damage" policy applies to fishing rods, reels, and lures.
- Licence Included: Your NSW Recreational Fishing Licence is covered for all passengers on the day of the charter.
- What to Bring: All you need to bring are your food, drinks, and appropriate warm/waterproof clothing.
