When Is the final balance due?
14 Days Prior to Trip: Full balance payment must be received at least 14 days prior to your charter date. This ensures funds are cleared in advance and secures your reserved spot on our schedule.
Note on Payment Fees: Payment processing fees incurred on credit card link payments are non-refundable in the event of a customer-initiated cancellation. Any third-party transfer fees (such as Wise) are non-refundable.
Departure and Return Locations
The departure point will be decided by the captain based on the fishing conditions. You will be informed of the exact location a day before the trip.

Both locations are 20-25 minutes drive by car or Uber. from CBD.
Parking is free but limited. Arrive early to secure a spot and avoid parking in trailer spaces. Always check parking signs.
Customer Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
- 14 days or more notice: Full refund (excluding non-refundable card payment processing fees).
- 7–13 days notice: $250 cancellation fee applied.
- 3–6 days notice: $500 cancellation fee applied.
- 2 days or less notice / No-show: Non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).
Weather & Captain’s Cancellations
Rain alone is not a reason for trip cancellation. However, if conditions are unsafe for fishing (e.g., high swell or strong winds) or in the event of vessel maintenance, the Captain will make the call—typically the day before, as weather forecasts change.
If the trip is cancelled by the Captain, we will work with you to reschedule for another date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
